Sauteed asparagus is high in vitamin K, potassium and Foliate, plus vitamin A and C. It has an amino acid named asparagines, which helps the body cleanse of waste material. Some people pass out smelly urine as a result of eating asparagus.
Ingredients:
- 30 Asparagus spears (frozen or fresh)
- 3 sprig fresh thyme
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Mushroom extract for seasoning
Directions:
- Turn on fire to high
- Add water to a skillet that has cover.
- Add Asparagus and thyme to water.
- Cover skillet
- Bring water to boil, let cook until water is gone.
- Turn off fire.
- Add olive oil and mushroom extract.
- Stir in the seasoning and oil.
- Serve.
Note:
- For people that has allergies or cancer, Substitute sea salt for mushroom extract seasoning. Add more garlic as desired. Use flax seed oil instead of olive oil.
- For people taking blood thinner, do not take too much asparagus.
