Sauteed asparagus is high in vitamin K, potassium and Foliate, plus vitamin A and C. It has an amino acid named asparagines, which helps the body cleanse of waste material. Some people pass out smelly urine as a result of eating asparagus.
Bring water to boil, let cook until water is gone.
Turn off fire.
Add olive oil and mushroom extract.
Stir in the seasoning and oil.
Serve.
Note:
For people that has allergies or cancer, Substitute sea salt for mushroom extract seasoning. Add more garlic as desired. Use flax seed oil instead of olive oil.
For people taking blood thinner, do not take too much asparagus.
