Orange Turmeric Bone Broth Smoothies

This bone broth smoothie - containing fresh orange, carrot, mangoes, and turmeric - makes a delicious breakfast or satisfying snack. Fresh ginger adds a great dash of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces bone broth
  • 1 small carrot, roughly chopped
  • 1 orange, rind removed
  • ½ ripe mango, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • ¼ cup crushed ice

Method

Place the ingredients into a blender. Blend everything until smooth and frothy.
