Deep Purple Fruity Bone Broth Smoothies

Kick-start your day with fruity bone broth smoothies prepared with beet, blackberries, and cherries. You can use fresh or frozen fruits.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces chicken bone broth
  • 1 beet, peeled and diced
  • 10 cherries, pitted
  • 10 blackberries
  • 1/3 banana
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ÂĽ cup crushed ice

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
