I read about Reactive Sympathoadrenal Response and Sympathetic Overtone

I read about Reactive Sympathoadrenal Response (RSR) and Sympathetic Overtone (SO) in your book, but am still confused on how to tell the difference between the two. Could you explain further?

RSR refers to the activation and overload of both epinephrine and norepinephrine. This is a more severe form of autonomic nervous system stimulation compared to SO, where only the norepinephrine output is high while the epinephrine output is relatively low key.
