Yummy Coleslaw with Kefir

Ingredients A
1 cup plain organic kefir
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Salt
Pepper
Ingredients B
4 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
4 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Method
In a small bowl, combine Ingredients A well and set aside.
In a medium bowl, toss Ingredients B together before adding in the dressing. Make you sure you mix everything well together before serving.
