Turkey Sloppy Joes

Ingredients A:
1 pound of organic lean ground turkey breast
¾ cup white onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
¾ cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 ½ cups zucchini, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
Ingredients B:
1 ½ cups water
1 6-ounce can tomato paste (no sodium)
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chili powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
Ingredients C:
Oatmeal, rye, or whole wheat hamburger buns
Method:
Cook ingredients A together in a skillet.
Mix together Ingredients B and add to the skillet.
Let the mixture simmer until it thickens.
Serve on toasted buns.
