Ingredients A:

  • 1 pound pork loin, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cans no-salt, organic black beans
  • ¾ cup chopped white onions
  • 1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Ingredients B:

  • ¼ cup sour cream

Method:

  • Combine Ingredients A in a slow cooker. Cover the cooker and leave on low heat for 8 hours.
  • To serve, ladle the chili into bowls and top with sour cream.
