This Easter trail mix includes yogurt chips, which are rich in probiotics, and nuts to help improve gut health.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup dried cherries
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup organic yogurt chips

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, pour in all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
