Quick and easy to fix recipe for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 6 cup Hash Brown – rehydrate as instructed in the box.
- 4 Free Range Chicken thighs, cubed
- ½ large sweet onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp thyme
- ¼ tsp crushed red chili
Marinade:
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cooking wine
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Marinade chicken for ½ hour
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a baking dish.
- Bake casserole for 30 minutes or until the chicken is done.
