Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Ingredients A: Pour the black beans into a food processor. Process until it forms a paste.
Transfer the black beans into a bowl and mix in the breadcrumbs.
Ingredients B: Transfer into a food processor and process until well-combined.
Add in the black bean mixture and form patties. Place the patties onto the baking tray and bake for around 10 minutes on each side.
Ingredient C: Slice, core, and peel an avocado in half. Then, slice it in half again crosswise. Squeeze some lime juice into the slices.
Ingredients D: Pile some greens and tomato slices on each slice of avocado before placing a cooked patty on top. Top with another slice of avocado. Serve immediately.
