Ingredients A:

  • 1 cup fresh, peeled mango cut into chunks
  • 1 chopped, peeled banana
  • 1 cup organic yogurt
  • Ā½ cup coconut milk

Ingredients B:

  • 1 tablespoon fresh, peeled, grated turmeric*
  • 1 tablespoon peeled, grated ginger*
  • Ā½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients A to a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Add ingredients B and blend until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

* If fresh turmeric or ginger is not available, you can substitute each with Ā½ teaspoon of the dried, powdered version.
