The next thing that you can do to help boost your immune system is these acupressure points. These points are from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it has been around for centuries. It’s a very easy thing that you can do at home really to support the immune system, and it doesn’t cost a thing.
So, the first acupressure point is actually by your wrist near the styloid process. It’s about 1.5 cm above the wrist crease, right around here, and it’s the Lieque LU-7. You just press it for about 30 seconds to a minute and just kind of hold that in. It’s really great for lung support and boosting immunity.
Then the next point is the Zusanli, the ST-36 that’s located in your leg. It’s about four fingers below your kneecap, and it's outside of your tibia area. You should press on that area for about 30 seconds to a minute too, and that’s also very powerful for your immune system.
Then lastly is the Sanyinjiao, in the SP-6 region that’s right around your ankle and is four fingers above the medial malleolus, and that’s on the medial side towards the inside of your ankle. This helps activate the spleen really.
